Shrimp Boil Kebabs

Active: 20 Min. Total: 30 Min, plus 2 hours marinating

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Can't Miss Kebab Marinade

  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

  • 12 oz. large peeled, deveined raw shrimp

  • 16 pieces andouille sausage

  • 16 cooked baby potatoes

  • 2 ears of corn cut into 16 slices

  • Chopped parsley as garnish

Step 1

Combine marinade and 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning in a large bowl

Step 2

Stir in 12 oz. large peeled, deveined raw shrimp, 16 pieces andouille sausage, 16 cooked baby potatoes, and 2 ears of corn cut into 16 slices

Step 3

Cover; chill at least 2 hours or up to 4 hours

Step 4

Skewer onto 8 (10 inch) skewers. Discard marinade.

Step 5

Preheat grill to medium-high (400-450). Place kebabs on oiled grates. Grill, covered, until shrimp are cooked, about 6 minutes, turning halfway through cook time. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
