Chicken Fajita Kebabs

Active: 25 Min Total: 30 Min, plus 4 hours marinating

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Can't Miss Kebab Marinade

  • 1 Tbsp. fajita seasoning

  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into 24 pieces

  • 1 onion cut into 16 wedges

  • 2 bell peppers cut into 16 pieces

  • Chopped cilantro as garnish

Step 1

Combine marinade and 1 Tbsp fajita seasoning in a large bowl

Step 2

Stir in 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs cut into 24 pieces, 1 onion cut into 16 wedges, and 2 bell peppers cut into 16 pieces

Step 3

Cover; chill at least 4 hours or up to 12 hours

Step 4

Skewer onto 8 (10 inch) skewers. Discard marinade

Step 5

Preheat grill to medium-high (400-450). Place kebabs on oiled grates. Grill, covered, until chicken is cooked, 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway though cook time. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro
